Whitney & Austin Cabo Wedding at Esperanza Resort

Sometimes I get to follow a couple’s journey from start to finish, which was the case for Whitney & Austin, a beautiful Dallas-based couple who chose Cabo as their wedding venue.

Last year, I did Whitney & Austin’ engagement photography session in Cabo, so it was wonderful to see how their beautiful wedding day unfolded:

 

Here, some Q&A with our beautiful bride, Whitney!

How did you choose your wedding venue?
Knew we wanted destination, finding Amy Abbott events convinced us of Cabo, and when I saw the picture of the pool with palm tree aisle at Esperanza I knew that was it. 

How did you choose your table decor?
Found color palette inspiration from a painting, used that as inspiration and the venue help inspire the decor I describe as whimsical elegance. 

Please describe about 4 favorite moments:
1) Walking down the aisle with my dad and seeing nothing but Austin at the other end. No one existed but the two most important men in my life.
2) Sitting at our reception, looking around and seeing how my imagination came to life. The Sun was setting and we were surrounded by all of our favorite people in the perfect place. It was surreal.
3) Saying our vows, which were fun but still sweet, everyone said they described us perfectly.
4) The first dance with my dad and everyone dancing during reception. My dad and I shared a special moment and nothing makes me more happy to remember everyone on the dance floor having fun!
