Pueblo Bonito Cabo Wedding

Chris and I both come from Hispanic culture and love to travel so a destination wedding in Mexico seemed like the perfect idea for us! We had heard great things about Cabo. Chris’ family lives there half of the year so the city was also an easy decision for our wedding.
Our Cabo Wedding Planner
I began researching different venues and was instantly overwhelmed! The shear number of options was immense and therefore I turned my attention to finding a wedding planner instead! As soon as I stumbled upon Vivid Occasions website I knew I wanted to work with them. After talking to Gaby over the phone it was a no brainer. She was incredibly organized and knowledgeable but also creative and really fun!
Our Wedding Venue
Since a Catholic ceremony was important to us we were pointed towards Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach as the venue and hotel for our wedding. It looked AMAZING online but choosing such a big part of our wedding based on online reviews was nerve racking. That was, until we realized Chris’ brother and sister in law had their honeymoon there! They absolutely raved about the service, views and food. At that point we felt great about our decision for a Pueblo Bonito Cabo Wedding and never looked back.
When we arrived to Pueblo Bonito it was everything I could have dreamed for. Views were absolutely stunning, food was phenomenal and the service, unbeatable. Throughout the planning process Gaby and Emmanuel from Vivid Occasions were incredible. I never once felt stressed about us possibly forgetting an important detail because I knew “they got this”. They thought of absolutely everything and so much more, and honestly made the planning process FUN. I’m not sure everyone can say that about wedding planning but it was so true with them!
Our Wedding Day
The day of our wedding was magical. We had 100 of our closest family and friends with us and the day went so smooth I never had a care in the world. Our reception was absolutely stunning thanks to Let It Bloom florals and small yet elegant decorations. DJ Mijares was SUCH a good decision. He literally MADE the party. My dream was to have a jam packed dance floor and he definitely delivered my wish! Sara Richardson was my Cabo Wedding Photographer and both she and her husband took every picture that needed to be “checked off the list” but did OH SO MUCH MORE.
Sara had worked many weddings at this venue and knew of a secret spot on the beach where the best pictures were taken. She was even told this place didn’t exist a few times by a few new staff members but with a little persistence we made it there and it was so worth it!! Spencer, the videographer, and his wife were also incredible. They captured small moments like our fathers laughing together, my jaw drop during the speeches, stunning beach shots and so many more.
Both the videographers and photographers were so easy to work with as well and gave amazing direction. In summary, our wedding was a culmination of amazing vendors that all together made it the best day ever and we are so so thankful to each one of them!”
