Fiesta Americana wedding in Cabo

Ever since I was a little girl I have dreamt about having a destination beach wedding. When Troy and I met, we lived close to Lake Tahoe.  He had also envisioned a beach wedding but we both knew that getting married in Tahoe wasn’t for us. We wanted to show our friends and family our adventurous side by getting married in Cabo!

When we began traveling around the world we both fell in love with Mexico. Cabo was close, inexpensive and exotic! Not to mention the great fishing that Cabo has to offer which we both love.

Troy proposed and we immediately started looking at locations. There was no way we could narrow it down without guidance from a local wedding planner. That’s when Vivid Occasions came to the rescue!

I immediately planned a trip to Cabo to narrow down our wedding location. We wanted to keep travel and hotel accommodations as inexpensive as possible, while still having our dream wedding. We fell in love with Grand Fiesta Americana. The property is stunning!  The food is amazing and the staff went above and beyond.

Finding Our Cabo Wedding Vendors:

Gaby and Emmanuel helped us narrow down our location and highly recommended Sara and her husband Ramon as our wedding photographers. After looking at Sara’s portfolio it was a no brainer to choose her as our photographer. We decided to bring Eighty8studios with us to Cabo for our wedding video. Sara was willing to work with them which I know is not an easy task when they are both trying to capture the perfect shot.

Grand Fiesta Americana Los Cabos

Our Fiesta Americana wedding in Cabo was hands down the best day of my life! Everything was absolutely perfect! We gathered at Grand Fiesta Americana with 40 of our closest family and friends. Walking down the aisle seeing the flowers and decor for the very first time, I truly thought I was in a dream.

It can’t get much better than the Pacific Ocean as a backdrop but Let It Be Events did a stunning job on our floral and decor. The food that Grand Fiesta Americana provided was amazing.  DJ Alex kept the party alive all night long. With the help of Vivid Occasions and Sara we were able to stick to our timeline with our rowdy guests.
